Weeping Beech Removal: Tony Hands
The customer planted this Weeping Beech 20 years ago not realizing how large the tree would grow. It was starting to touch next-door neighbours’ roof, this species doesn’t prune very well, due to them having drooping canopies. The customer requested that we completely remove the tree. Tree removal is one of our core services. We completed our work and tidied the site in half a day.
Weeping Beech Removed & Cut Into Logs
A weeping Beech Tree can reach a height of up to 82 feet and tend to be wider than they are high.
This tree was planted 20 years ago. It had grown to a large size, to the point where it had started the touch the next-door neighbours’ gable end. It’s worth remembering that if a tree on your property causes damage to a neighbours house or property, you will be liable for any damage caused.
Sectional Dismantling
There was not enough room for us to fell the tree in a regular way so we used sectional felling to remove this tree. This means that we remove the branches from the top downwards. First, we remove the long branches and then the boughs. We lower larger pieces to the ground using ropes. This reduces the danger of falling materials.
After we had felled the tree successfully, we cut the logs into manageable pieces and tidied the debris up leaving the customers’ property as we’d found it.
